The 2312A Motor for Phantom 3 Standard / Professional / Advanced with clockwise threading (CW) is for propellers that use the same rotational direction. The quadcopter has four motors total, two clockwise (CW) and two counter-clockwise (CCW). It is important to replace the motor with one of the same thread orientation to ensure the props do not come loose during flight.
Note: These motors will only work with Phantom 3 Professional/Advanced models that have the second-generation central board (Part 96). They will not work with the original central board (Part 33). They work with all Phantom 3 Standard models.
